Collaborated with established restaurateurs in Hong Kong to develop a new high street proposition, bringing the energy and excitement of a Louisiana juke joint to Hong Kong. Aimed to consolidate the brand identity, visual language, and interior design to communicate the brand's positioning and appeal to landlords and investors. Created a compelling sell-in document supported by a powerful brand identity and impactful interior design.
Worked closely with stakeholders to capture the brand's vision, assisting the client in acquiring a restaurant location and developing the interior design. Translated the client's vision into a clear proposition, building an identity system for business documentation, internal signage, and packaging. Collaborated with our interior team to execute the brand essence across the chosen retail site. Although the project did not reach the high street due to client complications, it resulted in a strong brand identity and interior design concept ready for future realization.
