Led the translation of Clarks' global retail design concept for the first Originals store in Hong Kong. Collaborated with key stakeholders to design, develop, and implement the store concept, integrating flexible brand narratives and storytelling elements. Partnered with visual merchandising and retail marketing teams to effectively communicate the brand's values and educate consumers about the product.
